Our customer service officers will contact you within 1-2 business days upon receiving your email. We will inspect the issue & accordingly guide you through the return process.
Please note that you will be responsible to ship the products back to us. You can ship them at 10, L-19, DLF Phase 2, Sector 25, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. Please do not ship the products till you receive a return confirmation mail from our side.
If we repair or replace the goods, we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified when you purchased the products. Also, a replacement if done will happen for the same purchased product itself of the same value.
All queries related to products dispatched must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of an order.
